My Streaming Radio Server of choice (there are a number of options) is GNUMP3d, the GNU MP3 daemon. Crazyskills radio (LAN only) is streamed using GNUMP3d, though this software is not limited to LANs. If you have the appropriate rights to broadcast your music, this is a great option. It's fast, fully customizable and can handle as many users simultaneously as your server can point to it.
